Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings to children with autism. The role offers paid training, no prior experience required, and on-site guidance from a BCBA.

Pay ranges from $21.00–$23.00 per hour for billable hours, with BT rate $20.00 and RBT rate $15.00 for non-billable during training; active RBT certification earns a $200 bonus on first paycheck.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
