Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatric Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, on-site roles in California. You will receive paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and mentorship while delivering ABA therapy to children with autism.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with some Saturdays optional; pay ranges $22.50–$23.50 per hour for billable hours, plus a $200 signing bonus if you hold an active RBT at hire. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
