Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism, working one-on-one or in small groups while collecting data to monitor progress.

This role offers paid training, possible RBT certification support, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and floor work.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
