Job summary

BlueSprig in Cypress, TX is seeking compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy under supervision. You will work with children with autism, deliver one-on-one or small group sessions, and contribute to progress tracking and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
