Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings for children with autism. You will teach communication and social skills, work with clients one-on-one or in small groups, and diligently collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification or active pursuit preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements.
