Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician in Charleston, SC to work with children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings under a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, track progress, and help implement treatment plans with engaging learning materials.

The role offers paid RBT training, growth opportunities toward BCBA, and benefits like PTO, bonuses, and daily pay. No weekends; Monday–Friday schedule preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with children with autism is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and integrity.
• Willingness to work full-time (≥30 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
