Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with clients in home and community settings, providing one-on-one behavioral support and implementing treatment plans created by BCBAs to help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

No ABA experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and ongoing BCBA support help you grow a meaningful career in healthcare while making a difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.
• Or at least one year of experience in a child-focused role such as Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
