Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to join our team and provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate child interaction, data collection, and teamwork with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliant behavior required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children.
• Follow BCBA/LBA guidelines and perform other tasks as assigned.
