FirstSteps for Kids in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children who have autism in a play-based setting. You will help develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills through behavior-based learning strategies.

No ABA experience? We will teach you. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced clinicians help you grow in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating or recent grad or beginning career in psychology, education, child development, special education, or a related field.
• No ABA experience? We'll teach you.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a supportive, play-based environment.
• You'll help children build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills while developing practical skills in behavior, learning, and individualized intervention.
