Surpass Behavioral Health in Anderson, SC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our therapy team. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings.

This paid training role offers opportunities for RBT certification, generous PTO, and weekday hours with no weekends. No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm and commitment to helping kids grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with autism is a plus but not required.
• Full-time is at least 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets; collect/analyze data.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Support multiple clinics if needed.
