Behavior Frontiers in Michigan is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BT). You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or community settings, helping individuals communicate, play, socialize, and achieve independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
