Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism across clinical, school, or home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions and help implement individualized treatment plans.

You will work with a supportive team, complete notes and data collection, and have opportunities to support multiple clinics. No weekends; full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (bonus if degree in Behavioral Health or Early Childhood).
• Ability to earn your RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets; collect data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Support multiple clinics if needed.
