Job summary

Galliant Trainings, located at the Lincoln Clinic, is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with autism. No prior ABA experience is required as 100% paid training and certification are provided, with a stable daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will work in a center-based setting, tracking data, expanding communication and daily living skills, and collaborating with BCBAs to ensure safe, effective care for

Qualifications

• No ABA or medical background required; paid training and certification provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to commute daily to the Lincoln clinic.
• Ability to engage calmly with children and follow safety protocols.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Lincoln clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
