Job summary

Galliant Midland Clinic is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No prior ABA experience is required as 100% paid training and certification are provided, with a competitive starting wage.

Starting pay is $18.00–$19.50 per hour, with semi-annual raises and a fixed daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday at the Midland clinic. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.
• Reliable transportation to the Midland clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based therapy in a clinical setting.
• Track session data and draft progress notes.
