Job summary

Galliant Trainings in Burleson, TX is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with autism. No prior ABA or healthcare experience is required, as we offer 100% paid RBT certification and all training to get you started in a clinical path.

You'll work 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday at our Burleson clinic, with a clear path for growth through semi-annual raises and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior ABA or healthcare experience required; paid training and certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct therapy to children with ASD.
• Deliver assent-based care in a clinic setting.
• Track session data and complete daily progress notes.
