Job summary

ABS Kids in Nashville is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time shifts. The role offers $18.00–$24.00 per hour with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and paid RBT certification assistance.

No experience? We'll train you—plus benefits like 401(k) with company match and PTO. You will work with children, collect data, and apply ABA to help develop essential life skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs
• Interest in ABA therapy and helping kids
• Willingness to learn data collection processes
• Ability to travel to client homes and locations
• Comfort working with children with autism
• Confidence to provide one-on-one support

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly
