Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while working one-on-one with children.
