Qualifications

• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication skills.
• Lift and carry objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
