Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. You will build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized plans under clinical supervision.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About Us

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

Position Summary

Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self‑help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
• Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities
