Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in community, school, work, and family integration.
• Provide person-centered care and treatment services.
• Deliver services in home or community settings based on client needs; supervision through on-site and telehealth feedback.
