New Story Schools in Ohio is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and small-group support to students ages 5-21 in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans to build academic, social, and life skills, helping learners grow in confidence and independence.

You will collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians, collect data, and report progress to guide instructional decisions while supporting students across diverse environments.

Formación

• Associate's degree or 48 credits from an accredited institution.
• At least three months of professional or internship experience with individuals with behavioral or learning differences.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance coverage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized instruction based on each student's IEP goals.
• Support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and life skill growth.
• Collect and report data to monitor student progress and guide instructional decisions.
• Partner with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency and support across environments.
