Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 48 credit hours from an accredited institution.
• At least three months of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance coverage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction based on each student’s IEP goals.
• Support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings.
