Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will work 1:1 with children, assist in building communication, social, and daily living skills, with paid training provided.

This part-time role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $22.00–$26.00, with flexible afternoons and early evenings, travel within a 20–40 mile radius, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma and at least one college course or be enrolled in college, or hold an associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius) to client sites.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
