Qualifications

Passionate about helping children with autism
Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
Ability to pass a pre employment background check
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
Monitor progress and adapt strategies with supervisors' direction.
Maintain safety and professionalism in all interactions with children.
