Job summary

Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, and you should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
