Job summary

The Adult Skills Center (TASC) in Lancaster, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician I (RBT) for full-time duties. You will implement curriculum and teach employment, independent living, and social skills to individuals with developmental disabilities, supporting their independence and community participation.

Responsibilities include supervising small groups, planning outings, documenting progress, and collaborating with employers and support teams.

Qualifications

• Must complete BACB approved 40-hour RBT training within six months.
• Experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid California driver's license and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Work with groups of 1–3 individuals to build vocational, social, and behavioral skills.
• Plan community outings and ensure curriculum and lessons are delivered.
• Provide progress reports and complete paperwork on time.
• Collaborate with employers and support teams to meet expectations.
