Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. No prior experience required; after-school hours with possible weekend shifts. Training through BK Academy and RBT coursework encouraged to support growth in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clients' home or community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.
• Typical schedule after school hours with potential weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
