Job summary

ABA360 seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans and record data using electronic devices.

No prior experience required; after school hours are typical with part-time start. Training through BK Academy is available to earn RBT certification and there are tuition discounts and opportunities for advancement.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
• Reliable method of transportation
• Need to Knows Services will be provided in clients homes or in the community based locations
• All positions start off part time
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
• Typical Schedule after school hours during the week additional hours available on the weekends
