ABA360 in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions to build independence and positive behavior.

This entry-point role supports families and requires a high school diploma, willingness to learn, patience, and reliable transportation; most positions start part-time with after-school hours, offering hands-on experience and potential certification opportunities.

Responsibilities

• All positions start off part time
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
• Typical Schedule after school hours during the week additional hours available on the weekends
