Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work in clients' homes and community locations across New Jersey. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and implement care plans under supervision, contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

We encourage pursuing the 40-hour RBT course and offer flexible after-school schedules with potential weekend hours. No prior experience required, making this an ideal entry point into psychology and ABA careers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical schedule after school hours during the week; additional hours on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
