Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Arizona. We offer a pay range of $21.73 to $29.15 per hour and part-time roles with flexible options.

Training and certification are fully paid, and there are opportunities to earn referrals and mileage reimbursements. You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism, implement strategies with BCBA guidance, and document progress while collaborating with families and supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
