Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

This full-time role offers pay ranging from $20.08 to $26.94 per hour, with M-F 8:30am–3:30pm hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll receive 2 weeks orientation, a cell phone stipend, and ongoing coaching to support your growth.

Competenze

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
