Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a comprehensive 3-week in-person orientation with hands-on training and exam coverage, plus a robust benefits package.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 and group services, implement evidence-based strategies, and document progress while collaborating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior support strategies with supervision.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.
