Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in Massachusetts. You will work under BCBA supervision and receive mentorship, training, and ongoing support to advance in ABA.

This role offers growth opportunities through Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs, plus strong clinical support and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
