Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers strong clinical support, supervision, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within ABA.

We provide fellowship and early mentoring opportunities, paid on-the-job learning, and pathways for certification while you develop your skills in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
