Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer mentorship, supervision, and a strong clinical support model to help you grow in your ABA career.

As part of our team, you’ll engage in Fellowship and Early Mentoring opportunities, ongoing training, and structured onboarding designed to develop your skills and support meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
