Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team offers supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

We provide strong clinical support, ongoing training, and Fellowship/Early Mentoring opportunities to pursue BCBA certification, with pathways for increased responsibilities and compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
