Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer mentoring, supervision, and ongoing training to help you grow your ABA career.

As a BT, you will deliver individualized therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA consultants to ensure high-quality, consistent care. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
