Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with neurodevelopmental differences through evidence‑based ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 and in group settings, collaborating with BCBA supervisors to design and deliver individualized care plans.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent required; bachelor’s/master’s preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with supervision from BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to support progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
