Job summary

Cortica Care seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver life-changing ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers growth, supportive coaching, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA and other roles.

You will provide 1:1 and group services, implement evidence-based strategies, and document progress while collaborating with families and supervisors. Travel across client sites within a 30-40 minute radius is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• High School diploma or higher; bachelor’s or master’s preferred.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transport.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
