Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver evidence-basedABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing behavior plans developed with a BCBA and documenting progress in EMR.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially those with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Experience with autism is a plus and supportive behavior strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with the BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
