Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to BCBA roles.

Join Cortica to grow professionally in a supportive environment with expert coaching from Lead BTs and Supervisors, while helping families achieve meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.

Formación

• Experience working with children is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree is mentioned as acceptable.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
