Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a compassionate team delivering services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Earn $24.88–$33.37 per hour, with paid training and certification, BCAT exam prep, and a direct-rate schedule.

Opportunities for referrals, cell phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement are offered. Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, autism a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Ability to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
