Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in our Brockton, MA programs. You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience is required as paid training is provided; experience with children is a plus. We offer health options, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth with part- or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals
