Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop social, communication, and daily living skills through structured ABA sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
