Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will work with children, especially those with autism, implementing behavior plans designed by BCBA clinicians to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
