AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our pediatric-focused team, under supervision of a BCBA. The BT will implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans for clients, primarily children with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially those with developmental or behavioral disorders.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices.
• Background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
