Hello ABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Rockville, MD. You will support children with autism at home, teaching essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques, while collecting data to inform client programs.

You’ll collaborate with the BCBA team, attend trainings, and contribute to skill growth in a supportive family-like environment. Strong communication helps every child succeed.

Qualifications

• Must attend the 40-hour RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.
• Flexible part-time schedule after school (15–20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home settings.
• Teach daily living and social skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and organize data during sessions for personalized plans.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to grow skills.
• Work with supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans.
