Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children on communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA. You’ll collect data, follow behavior plans, and participate in staff trainings while supporting families and children in a positive environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year experience with children or in similar settings, and completion of a 40-hour certification course.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to complete a 40-hour training course for certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents during staff meetings and trainings.
