Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, implementing individualized plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

You will collaborate with the clinical team to support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills while upholding ethical standards. Flexible schedules and professional growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client sites and schedules.
• Strong communication skills with families and teams.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
